Answering the call for increased choice and sustainability, HIMACS solid surface enriches its palette with elegant new shades
HIMACS solid surface has expanded its portfolio with alluring and inspiring new colours, including more choices made with recycled content, further enhancing design freedom. Ranging from refined marble, stone and terrazzo effects to in-demand greens, sultry darks and fresh whites, these additions enable the specification of the finest aesthetics together with premium performance and increased sustainability.
Several introductions include SCS-certified pre-consumer recycled content, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to responsible solutions. Additions to the Aurora & Marmo range, and Terrazzo and Solids families, are joined by the newly defined Calacatta collection which combines marble-inspired elegance with the benefits of a robust, non-porous and thermoformable material and a new semi-translucent shade.

Terrazzo With a Twist:
New to this popular, heavily-grained look are five versatile tones, four of which contain SCS-certified recycled content, and are ideal for high-traffic applications: Terrazzo Ulivo is a densely speckled shade against a background of pale olive, Terrazzo Nuvola is a warm and delicious nougat shade with flecks of red, Terrazzo Sorrento is a paler option with a matrix of pastel grains and a hint of lemon, Terrazzo Marsala is a cool and subtle choice with red wine tones. Completing the range, Terrazzo Selva delivers a darker, more dramatic option with a constellation of lighter grains.

Cool Calacatta:
Calacatta Vista, Calacatta Desert Moon and Calacatta Lake Moon join the three existing Calacatta shades to create a new HIMACS family capturing all the timeless elegance of marble in hardy, easy-care form. Calacatta Vista offers the palest whisper of veining against a discreet, milky background, while Calacatta Desert Moon is characterised by warm and creamy tones, and Calacatta Lake Moon is a semi-translucent option with the charm of alabaster. And all with HIMACS’ renowned malleability and enduring elegance.

Going Green:
Responding to the demand for biophilic interiors, two new greens join the HIMACS Solids family. Urban Sage is a light yet discreet shade with a calming freshness. Lafayette Green is a darker pastel reminiscent of the soft tones of moss and lichen. Both are ideal for sleek, decorative applications in a multiplicity of situations.
Amazing Auroras:
Within the Aurora & Marmo collection, Aurora Sage introduces a delicate green nuance to a stone-like texture, while Aurora Pluma and Aurora Nero explore swirling creamy patterns and dramatic dark tones respectively, both incorporating SCS Certified recycled content. Enhancing fabrication potential for veined surfaces, Aurora Alps now comes in an extra-wide sheet, for even more expansive seamless, high-impact impressions.
