The Swiss Army bag has been revisited by young German designer Michael Sans, after he decided there was no quality modern equivalent of the classic. Sans took himself off to the saddlers (quite a change of scene from the car industry, where he has been working of late), to get the 3.5mm thick leather belts, waist and shoulder bags hand-stitched. The accessories have a quality that reminds us of American stationery. Each bag can be worn in several ways – the waist bag pictured looks great hanging off the belt. They are made with natural colouring and German leather.
