Weatherise!

Weather...
The inflation of weather extremes might be the effect of man-made pollution or climate rhythms – in any case it is perfect news. Architecture needs to go beyond weather extremes and their media attention. Architecture is an accomplice of weather and media, weather and business, weather and infrastructure, weather and new materials, weather and technology, weather and tourism, weather and health, weather and leisure, weather and war, weather and catastrophe, and weather and cultural production.

... forecast
By the end of the 20th century, the question of natural and artificial climate was blurred. A different perception of the binary “artificial/natural” proposes a new system of exchanges as “controlled/non-controlled” or “inside/outside”. Projected into the future, architecture and weather will join even more in order to further redefine our understanding of program, comfort, efficiency and other conventions.
