Recycled plastic comes to life in Pentatonic x Snarkitecture’s new sustainable design collaboration
Single-use plastic waste is the environmental issue of the day, and sustainable design can be a key part of the solution. As policymakers and activists try to find long-term solutions to the problem of plastic waste pollution in our oceans, design practices must lead the way in finding ways to recycle and encourage more thoughtful consumption.
Launched last year, Pentatonic is a contemporary London / Berlin based furniture brand with a distinct point of difference – to disrupt the traditional cycle of hyper-consumerism, and fight back against waste in the age of consumption.
This Spring, Pentatonic will launch in the US with an exclusive collaboration with iconic New York design studio, Snarkitecture. The partnership sees the two brands coming together to create ‘Fractured’, a modular and truly unique capsule collection that provides a clean break from design convention.
