Bsweden balances Scandinavian craftsmanship and modernism
Founded in 1993 by designer Gunnel Svensson, Bsweden is a Swedish lighting manufacturer which fuses functionality and the finest design. Working together with a talented group of designers, they continuously create trendsetting lamps which become modern classics.

Bsweden ensures their craft and traditions are alive by making use of them in every product. They work with a number of smaller manufacturers in their local area, each being specialists in their respective trades – pressure turners, woodworkers, glassblowers and saddlers to name a few. The glass in their lamps is blown at Bergdala Glasbruk where everyone’s knowledge is used and the long-standing tradition of glass production in Småland lives on.
The full range of lamps are designed to be used in both public and private environments. Each piece is unique and has its own character, from the minimalist Cymbal to the ornate and lavish Crystal chandelier Kumulus.
Designed by Helena Svensson, Cymbal takes inspiration from the world of music and pays homage to traditional craft. Cymbal provides style and ambiance to any room with a soft spread of light and a minimalistic look.
