Tech City 2015
Betty Fraser Myerscough

My mum is an inspiration! I love her work! She is currently working on a whole series of new pieces to exhibit at the Parallax Art Fair. I hope when I’m her age I’ll have the same enthusiasm and vibrancy she has.

Can’t Get Enough
Barry White

morag 4

The other day my sisters were looking at a YouTube video of Barry White at the Royal Albert Hall in 1975, and my dad was playing the viola in the orchestra – it was very moving as he’s not with us now. But then it made me think of my time at the Royal College of Art, and how I played this album non-stop for a year. I think my dad had given it to me as he thought Barry was quite good! I’ve looked but I don’t seem to have it any more, so I want to go and buy it again and listen to his amazing voice on vinyl.

Candelabra
Israel Soteno

morag 5

I love and collect Mexican folk art, and I already have one piece by the artist Israel Soteno, but when I saw this candelabra I was just so excited. Luckily I got my heart’s desire and received this magnificent candelabra as a present this Christmas.

Kaufmann House
Richard Neutra

morag 3

My ultimate fantasy would be to own the Kaufmann House in Palm Springs, designed by architect Richard Neutra in 1946, and then move it next to Hampstead Heath’s boating pond. Then I could live in Hoxton during the week and go to Hampstead at the weekend.

Elvis Fan
Luke Morgan

Luke Morgan made a limited edition of these Elvis Fans a while back, but they were all sold at an exhibition. Now, he is just about to do asecond edition and this time I really want to make sure I get one!
