Day 1: Awards and installations The week commenced on a pleasing note for the Icon team: Marjan van Aubel (above), the cover star of our upcoming issue – out tomorrow (2 October) – was named as the winner of the Swarovski Emerging Talent Medal as part of the London Design Festival’s annual awards. Icon kicked off LDF by scoping out her work at Somerset House and 19 Greek Street, and checking out the festival’s main venues. READ MORE
