In 2000, Mexican presidential candidate Vicente Fox proposed building two million low-cost homes throughout the country. During Fox’s six-year presidency, 2,350,000 were built, at a rate of 2,500 homes per day. Over the past seven years, artist Livia Corona has been examining the space between these promises and their fulfilment
