Monet and Architecture

The UK’s first extensive retrospective on Claude Monet’s architectural paintings, this exhibition offers a fresh angle on an artist conventionally known for his landscapes and gardens. Featuring over 75 paintings, from 1860-1912, of bridges, buildings and suburbs, it asserts Monet’s reputation as a painter who captured a rapidly changing society.
