Multiple Exposures: Jewelry and Photography

Multiple Exposures claims to be the first exhibition to focus on the relationship between jewellery and photography, and will showcase the work of 80 renowned jewellery artists from across the world. The show will examine how the photographic process, from historic daguerreotypes to manipulated digital images, has inspired jewellery artists to explore changing ideas of beauty. Nineteenth-century pieces, many of which are exhibited for the first time, will provide a historic context, while videos and installations will provide a broader perspective on contemporary jewellery.
