Sensing Spaces: Architecture Reimagined

Curator Kate Goodwin has given seven architecture practices the challenge of providing “a new perspective on architecture”, using site- specific installations to create an overall multi-sensory experience that considers vision, touch, sound and memory. Kengo Kuma tackles scent, Pezo von Ellrichshausen subverts perspective and Li Xiaodong explores the idea of containment with a labyrinth design. A commissioned film comprising interviews with the featured architects alongside some of their best buildings will give context to the works displayed.
