This week we teamed up with Iittala for our second pub quiz together. The popular night saw the teams compete for the covetable Iittala prizes by answering tailor-made questions on architecture and design. London-based designer Ross Lovegrove was the quiz master for the night. He treated the audience to some personal anecdotes about designer friends such as Alfredo Häberli and Alessandro Mendini in-between questions. The overall winner was the hugely talented Made in Italy, a team from Phaidon books, they got almost all the answers right. We can only presume that a job in publishing makes you hyper-intelligent… Well done guys! The runners up were A Jock a Nerd and Two Birds, a team of designers and writers headed by former iconer Kieran Long, and The Remains, headed by Nadine Stares from Tent London. All of them received Iittala prizes on the night. In case you missed the quiz, here are some pictures from the event.
