The Icon Awards evening

The inaugural Icon Awards ceremony was a very special occasion for Icon. Over 500 guests gathered in Hawksmoor’s Christ Church Spitalfields to find out the international nominees, see the winners receive their Awards, and to recognise the best architecture, design, technology and culture of the last year.

Ketel One came up with bespoke cocktails for the event, including a special Icon cocktail. See below for the recipes:

Ketel One Icon
A refreshing blend of Ketel One Citroen Vodka and elderflower cordial, fresh citrus fruits and mint, served over ice with a splash of tonic water and a float of Dutch red and blackcurrant liqueur.

Ketel One Punch
A festive Ketel One Vodka punch with freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.
