Several big-name designers launched furniture that this year’s Salone del Mobile. Here are some of Icon’s favourites

The designer’s iridescent, multi-chromatic Shimmer range of tables, consoles and shelves are formed of individual components glued together, and transform when viewed in different lights and angles

Inspired by the shape and gloss of wrapped sweets, the designer’s super-shiny Bon Bon tables come in various sizes and are made in silvered glass by the Czech glass brand.
GAM FRATESI FOR CAPPELLINI
The designers’ textile and metal partition system, which absorbs sound as well as dividing a room, comprises a series of petals that hang from the ceiling in various, sculptural configurations.
ATELIER OI FOR ZANOTTA
The frame of the Raperonzolo mirror is made of interwoven cowhide strips, twisted and braided to take on a spatial quality rather than just holding the glass.
