The foldable three-pin plug by Royal College of Art graduate Min-Kyu Choi has won the Brit Insurance Designs of the Year Award. Choi’s design, which reinvents the traditional British plug, was announced as the overall winner of the competition at the Design Museum last night.
The show-stopper at this year’s Royal College of Art graduate show was a plug. About time someone tackled the UK’s clunky electrics.
