The smart thermostat system devised for British Gas by the Swiss designer – interviewed in the latest issue of Icon – will be at UK Construction Week

The team behind British Gas’s Hive thermostat, designed by San Francisco-based Yves Behar, will be appearing at the Smart Buildings show at UK Construction Week next month, showing off a range of their latest products.

The Hive thermostat lets people control heating and hot water remotely from their mobile, tablet or laptop, allowing them greater control and potential cost savings on bills. Hive was established in 2012 with the mandate to make the connected home more accessible reality for every household.
