The People's Pumpkin /A Pathetic Consolation: Pretentioulicious to SITU
The judges said: SitooOOoooOOOoooOo dehydrated pumpkin strands in two phases - with a microwave, followed by a heat machine - which were later formed into a nest-like structure inspired by Newton's Cenotaph.
WINNER: Pritzkerpumpkin to Alloy
The judges said: This year's dreaded, deadly jury conferred the Pritzkerpumpkin on first-time team Allium. Firm members conceptualized a jack-in-the-box jack-o-lantern, which explored notions of visibility and presence while emanating sinister smoke plumes.
